Nose: Intense and harmonic, fruity, cherry and raspberry. Spicy and balsamic ending.
Colour: Lively ruby red with a thick texture.
Taste: Warm, full, supple, with excellent tannic balance, sapid.
Food matches: With roasts, game, seasoned cheeses.
